A pan-African nonprofit on a mission to democratize access to STEM education across East Africa — one learner, one school, one country at a time.
STEM Impact Center Africa exists to ensure that African children are not left behind in a world increasingly shaped by science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. We deliver hands-on robotics, coding, AI, and innovation programs that transform how young people see themselves — as creators, problem-solvers, and future leaders.
Founded in 2020 by Alex Magu, we started in Kenya and quickly grew into a regional movement. Our work has been covered by the BBC and recognized by international STEM bodies for its approach to inclusive, community-rooted STEM education.
